CHEF MARK ALLEN
Born in Queens, New York, Chef Mark Allen showed talent for cooking from a young age. After school, he would work as a busboy in local restaurants. After working at Lenny’s Steakhouse for two years, Mark went on to work at another restaurant in Soho/Little Italy as the Head Chef for over 25 years, where he became famous for his Vodka Sauce. Chef Allen is now bringing his famous Vodka Sauce and other authentic Italian dishes to Flame 800.
