Pasta Runs in Our Family

Antonella, the owner of Flame 800, discovered a hint of her passion in cooking during her first job as a teenager at a Fish and Chips Shop in England. A few years later she relocated to her native small town in Ciminna, Sicily, where her passion continued by learning from her grandmother & mother’s traditional Fresh Old World Style Cooking. Antonella, as a manager of a pizzeria & restaurant in NYC SoHo, met Chef Mark who shared a mutual passion in cooking. At Flame 800, our goal is to offer customers a pleasurable experience serving fresh and delicious food, that puts a smile on our customers faces with each & every bite. Flame 800 also offers live entertainment, outdoor seating with a fire pit, and events to keep the town and community dancing. Don’t forget to BYOB!
